Is my mother’s WILL valid which is written in mother tongue and without any witness ?

My mother was uneducated and left a handwritten will with her signature in her mother tongue. My brothers and sisters do not respect that will because it has no 2 witness signatures, they say it is a piece of shit paper.

need your opinion what to do in such matters?

sfernandes – I think a will needs atleast 2 witness signatures, no matter it is written in any language.
