My mother is a house wife all her life and have some long term savings. Last year she didnt submit Form15G & the bank deducted the TDS.

To claim the refund, i used www.cleartax.in and filed the IT returns (normal process ITR-V FY2013-14). Its with IT department now and yet to get clearance. But now, i was going through some articles and some one suggested ITR-2 for non-working people.   Do you think IT Dept will accept my mother’s Filing? Is ITR-2 the correct form to fill in my mothers case?   Thanks in advance Sam G
