is it possible to transfer my PPF account from SBT to SBI ??

hi friends,

is it possible to transfer my PPF account from SBT(state bank of travancore) to SBI(state bank of india) ? i have account on both banks. but my internet banking never works on SBT, so i want to transfer the ppf account to sbi .

if transfer is not possible, is there any other way to send money to my ppf account ???
