Individual Health Insurance plans or Family Floater – what to choose?

I am thinking of taking Mediclaim policy for me and my parents. I want to know that should i take policy for every individual or I should take family floater policy?

And how much amount is enough for the policy?

My age:24

Dad- 49

Mom-46
