Situation: The company is in court ordered liquidation. Process is on with company fighting the case in high court. The employer is not giving relieving letter. The company has also not deposited PF for more than one year.

Question: How can I withdraw the complete available balance in my PF account. Can I withdraw all amount and leave the account open.
