How to stop the Auto Debit Mandate on my Savings account favoring my credit card?

While applying for Sbi Credit Card I attached an Auto Debit Mandate form with the application. My question is ‘What is the exact procedure to stop this mandate and what will be the wording of the applications I will have to write to the bank?’ I need to stop it so that I can raise issues if there are some disputed transaction befor the bank deducts the Total Amount Due automatically.

    Writing a letter is the best alternative. This way, you have some proof.

    I believe you can do this by calling the SBI Credit card helpline / speaking to Customer care executive. You can get more information from the customer care too.

    Or

    You have to write a letter to the SBI credit card department to stop the Auto debit / ECS facility against your Credit card A/c No and post it to their postal address.
