How much Salary one gets during Maternity Leave ?

It will be great if someone can tell how much salary should get during maternity leave… . Is it just a basic pay or full pay needs to get.

    Dear Suvarna, please check the rules and regulations of your employer, there may be some allowances/perks which may not be available during your maternity leave period.

    you should get full pay not just basic. Approach labor commissioner in your area if your employer does not give you that.
