Hi,

I have taken loan of 1464000. Building is under construction. I am paying the full EMI from the first month.  till now 8,76,767.00 amount is disbursed.  EMI of 16002 i am paying every month. Intrest shown on statement on start of every month is around 7500.00. But when i checked on drawing power, the amount paid extra is not fully reflecting on drawing power.

Please suggest how it works with under construction building if we are paying full EMI from first month.
