Hello,

I am planning to purchase a plot of worth of Rs. 18 lacs and build a house on it which incurs an expenditure of Rs.12 lacs (Total Rs.30 lacs). I have cash with me now which is only 20% of total. So, I want to go for home loan. But, my point is will i get loan for both purchasing the plot and building the house.

If so, pls explain how banks will process such type of loan application
