How does franking amount (stamp value) is decided for tripartatire agreement for Home Loan.
1) Is it different for each state/city?
2) Is it based on amount of loan?
3) For each bank it it different?
4) combination of 1,2 and 3.
I am asking because I am taking loan from hdfc, bangalore branch and property is in noida. Problem is bank is saying for frank TPT with Rs. 200 and builder is for Rs. 100. If there is any trusted source for the same please share.
