Fidelity equity India growth fund

Please let me know few advice regarding Fidelity equity India growth fund. Regarding How much I need to invest initially. I am novish here so better if I start with small amount like 500/1K (SIP monthly). What your advice regarding this?

What is exit load means? it is applicable after 1 year. Please elaborate what it means.

    Despite having been a fantastic fund, it will be a better thing for you not to invest in this fund, because of change of ownership.

    Try Franklin Prima Plus or Quantum Long term equity.

  2. Dear Santtu, I assume you are asking for SIP – Systematic Investment Plan. Yes you may invest as low as 500 or 1000 Rs. in the choice of your MF (Fidelity Equity India Growth in this case). Exit load ‘ll be applicable when you redeem your investments. All the units which have not completed 1Y of holding from the date of purchase of such units, the exit load ‘ll be charged.
