ONHello, I have worked for 5 years in company A. Moved to Company B and worked there for 2 years. While working in company B, I have transferred PF from A. My question is can I withdraw the pf amount completely ? Please confirm.

Dear Karthik, Yes is my answer.

OK great ! This is what I am planning. Fill up the form 19 and get it attested by current bank manager and send it the EPF office where my current pf account resides. Is that correct ? Please advice.
Dear Karthik, you can withdraw even with out the signature of prev. employer.
Thanks

Thanks Ashal !
Now I am working no where. I would like to withdraw the complete amount. I have left my last job 7 months back. Should I need previous employers signature ? Please confirm.
Dear Karthik, you can withdraw X+Y+Z. To understand the withdrawal process, please read previous articles in main JI site from dear Manish.
Thanks

Thanks Ashal. I have gone through my EPF pdf file. It says final amount as Employee Share: X rs, Employer Share: Y rs, Pension Fund: Z rs.
Can I withdraw completely X+Y+Z ? Please confirm. Do you have any link explaining the complete withdrawal process.
Dear Karthik, if you are leaving the organization B now, you can withdraw the full PF amount (A+B). As the combined service period is more than 5Y, no tax on withdrawal.
Thanks
Ashal
