SBI had launched a scheme of home loan for green homes in 2009 wherein discount of .25% on interest rate was granted to those who bought green home. Green rating for homes is given by society GRIHA based on number of factors

.25% discount means that while regular customer would get home loan at 10.05%, customer with green homes would get home loan with interest rate 9.80%

Has anyone idea about if SBI is still offering home loans under this scheme? Or the scheme is closed?
