Hello

I have PPF account and it’s having interest income of Rs. 5000/- or more. As per latest rules, one has to file return if exempted income is more than Rs. 5000/-

Does one to file return if interest from PPF account is Rs. 5000/- or more?

    NO. interest from PPF is totally tax free.
