Documents to be verified before buying an apartment

I am planning to buy an apartment in bangalore. What are the documents that I need to check before booking it ?

Also, why does the builder charge for water, electricity and solar in the beginning ? Can someone who has already gone through the process explain things to me ?

    Dear Varna, Builder has to pay upfront to several govt. agencies so it recover it’s cost from you for these services/facilities.

    Regarding documents, please contact any nearest banck branch & ask for the home loan property document check list & you ‘ll get the list in your hand.
