Documents required to buy a Land in Bangalore ?

We are planning to buy a land in bangalore. Can any one suggest what are the documents need to be looked into before buying the land.

    Hi Bindu.

    Plz Ask below documents from the Seller.
    Verify the documents are on real owner of the land or not.(Dont go for based on power of auterny).
    Property extract of the land since from existance.
    NIL Encumbarance certificticate of the land.
    Latest Tax paid certificte of the land.

    Dear Bindu, please contact the nearest bank branch to get the list of papers you need to put in if you avail the plot loan to purchase a land in Banglore.
