Hi All,

I am invested in few of the mutual funds and I see all of them are showing different values in icicidirect ” Long term annualized return” and in valueresearch “total annualized return”.  For ex: My HDFC equity is showing 13.75 % in icici direct while it is 20.71 % in valueresearch.

Can anybody please tell me what is the difference between them and which one is my correct return.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Ashal,
If you want ,I can send you the details on your mail .Let me know if you would like to take a look on it.
I will check with I-direct also but not sure their customer care can give me the formula for it :-).
Also, the behavior should be same for all the I-direct customers,I wonder why nobody has ever noticed it. Can you pls crosscheck this with anybody who is using I-direct.

Dear Vinay, in that case contact I-Direct people to know their calculation method. Your account statement is not with me hence I can not comment in detail.

    Thanks
