Delay of 1 yr in reply of RTI application – whats next ?

I have been waiting for RTI replies for over one year . How can i claim penalty for the delay?

    Hi Vishal.

    this is not the forum to discuss such issues. Any how 30 days is the maximum period to reply for ur query uder RTI. U can take up the issue with higher level with all the proofs.
