Hi,

I have purchased a land 3 years back  and now i want to construct a house on that land by taking home Loan.Currently i have capital of  4 to 5 lakhs.

Currently i am staying in leased house and the lease will expire after two years.

My confusion is shall i by new land for investment purpose with the capital i have (4 to 5 lakhs) or start construct a new house on the land laready i have purchased
