Confusion about iWish RD account ?

I have opened an iwish RD account in ICICI bank and i deposited 500(for every month) but total deduction of 500+500 showing.. little confused? When i asked to Customer care of icici , they said that 500 is opening of an RD account and 500 is the deposit for a month

      might be u have added funds after opening the account.

    From 19-01-2015 to 18-02-2015
    Both debited at the same time..
    18/02/2015 Mobile User added funds from SBA-1111 Rs. 500.00
    18/02/2015 Mobile Initial deposit for goal creation from SBA-1111 Rs. 500.00
    No Instruction was set

        when second 500rs. debited?

        have u set any standing instruction ? is yes, which date ?
