Communication on Arrear Demand for year 2008 from CPC bangalore

Sir,

I have got a communication for Arrear Demand for the Year 2008 from CPC, bangalore. I have filed it manually during that period (June 2008)and I need to get a refund back, even I have not got that refund. I have the filed copy of my Form16 and the acknowledgement. What is the process of getting this corrected. This would be of great help.

    Dear Thangarajan, please contact a CA in your city to check what’s the problem. Without having access to your form 16, form 26AS, ITR, we can not comment anything in isolation.
