Clarification regarding Home Loan Purchase while I am in Gulf ?

Hi,

I am planning to buy a home or an apartment worth 25 lakhs-30 lakhs. I am now working in Muscat as Marketing manager. But my experience in Gulf is only 4 months.

So kindly suggest me some solutions for my following queries….

1) Where can I get this loan easily ??? ( I am having only 4 months experience abroad)

2) What percentage of the total amount of property I can avail????

Purchasing a home is very urgent need for me. Kindly suggest me solutions….

    Dear John, please contact the Bank of Baroda or SBi branches in Muscat and the people there ‘ll guide you on how much loan amount you can avail and what ‘ll be the procedure?

    Dear John, what about your salary/experience before joining in Muscat? You ‘ll get not more than 80% of valuation as loan. So for a 25L Rs. property, you ‘ll get 20L and for 30L Rs. property it ‘ll be 24L Rs.

    Please contact BOB and SBI branches in Muscat. Both are located on the way from RUWI to Mattarah Market.

      my salary here is 300 omr here. And I am having 2.5 years work experience in India too.
