Can I withdraw my EPF if Employer is not supporting me in submitting PF claim forms ?

Hi,

Employer is not responding for submitting PF claim forms at EPFO . I am at pune and PF account is at Delhi Please suggest what can be done? Can i withdraw the PF Money from pune EPFO without employer?

    One more query-If they send me the Attested forms with authorized sign may i submitt the forms at pune and get the claim?
    HR Person is not responding after many follow ups with them

    Dear Vijay, even if your Employer is not supporting you, the PF can be transferred to Pune. Please take help of Pune office.
