Can I get Cycle insurance from New India Assurance or United India ?

Hi Guys

I have a cycle Schwinn sporterra which i bought for 20k . Not many insurance providers are giving cycle insurance (Majorly it is covered for thefts)

New India website says that Insurance Premium will be 2 Percent. If i ask the office people (directly to the Front office of New India ) They are saying 20 percent and quoting a value of 4k.

United India agent is saying 1k. customer care is also not helpful. Vehicle insurance which will have higher value(Like Motor bikes ) actually charges reduced premium.

did anyone has previous experience ? pls guide me

    Dear Vignesh, as the cycle in question is not an ordinary cycle, please try to gather info from cycling clubs for the subjected matter.
