Can I get a Home loan to construct Home on plot which is owned by father and not a N/A plot ?

Hello,

I want to built bungalow on plot which is own by my father and not a N/A  plot . for that i am looking for Home loan ,Is there any problem for approving the Home loan from bank.?

Please suggest other option to approving loan for the same.

    Dear Sudhir, the bank may offer loan to you but as you are not the owner of the plot, you can not claim tax benefit on it.
