Can I draw money from my sbi maxgain if I need it ?

statement of account for sbi maxgain shows following:

Drawing Power  Rs. 1879709

Limit Rs. 1879709

+MOD Balance Rs. 1725016 Dr.

Clear Balance Rs. 1725016 Dr.

Uncleared amount Rs. 0.00

Can I draw money from this account if I need.

    1. How do you have MOD balance with MaxGain? You can open an MOD deposit with a savings a\c but not a MaxGain a\c. I get this message when I try to open an MOD with my MaxGain a\c:
    “Presently e-TDR/e-STDR is not available for selected debit account type.”

    2. If the limit equals the DP, the loan is fully disbursed, right?
    otherwise the limit would have been greater than the DP.
    Please correct if I am wrong.
