Can I buy Gold/Silver from my FCNR account ?

Hi Manish,

I am holding some funds in FCNR to the tune of approx 100-120 USD. I now want to purchase Gold & silver of this complete amount.

What is your advise ? Will real estate help ?

    FCNR account is like a deposit account only. SO its better to first transfer the money into your NRE account and then only buy the Gold .
