Can HUF claim deduction under sec 80C for PPF contribution in minor a/c ?

If I on behalf of my HUF invest Rs.1 Lakh in the name of minor member of HUF, can HUF claim deduction under section 80C and also I deposit Rs.1 Lakh in my PPF A/C to get deduction u/s 80c. Please clearify.

    Dear Associatesgoyal, your HUF can invest in the kid’s PPF account and may claim it’s 80C benefit. You can invest your full 1L in your account and can claim your benefit.
