Bajaj Allianz :- Guranteed Maturity Insurance is it good?

Hi Manish,
i have recently joined after finding this site wonderful i wanted to ask regarding Bajaj Allianz Guranteed Maturity Insurance plan which gurantees Double or higher of Fund value after 10 years without any premium allocation charges is it really good should i invest.

    Dear Akshay, do a simple calculation, what ‘ll be the value of your money in 10Y, if you deposit the same in a simple product like PPF. For your insurance needs go for pure vanilla term plans.

    The policy in question is neither an ideal instrument to invest in nor for insurance.
