Are the mutual fund investments done through icicidirect are in demat form ?

Hi all,

I m investing in five mutual schemes in SIP thrugh ICICI Direct,I want to ask wheather my mutual fund units bought through icici direct are in demat form,if not what is the procedure to convert them in demat form.

  1. ICICIDirect it not putting your units into Demat Mode.

    I am not sure whether MFs thru ICICI are in demat form or not but before converting them to demat form, please go through pros and cons of dematting MFs.
