Any good pension plan or retirement plan ?

I want to buy 1 pension or retirement plan for 25- 30 year investment please guide from which bank or plan i should go. I am 29 year and 40 pm salary holder.

    Do not go for any plan which has the term ‘pension/ retirement’ in it.
