I have taken the possession of home in June 2012, but due to distance between the work place and home (same City) I rented it out in June 2013. I took the apartment on rent nearby to my office location. My queries are:

1. Am I eligible for claiming HRA?
2. As property is let out, am I eligible for getting the income tax rules benefits for let-out property? i.e. no upper cap for interest part exemption?
