I am looking for a good option to start SIP and came across Aditya Birla MyUniverse ZIPSIP:

I have already paid … started zipsip of 3000pm.. with my universe.. but it is kept on hold.. due to kyc not done… they asked me to send mails of my attested documents.. now asking for a video call for showing original documents.. I don’t know how safe it is… and I’m even more worried after reading all the comments.. pl guide… should i go ahead… or stop.

Aditya Birla Money Universe is a fraud company, which will force the customers to take member ship and purchase mutual fund and insurance products. They will call you DEAR SIR until you take subscription and invest money with them.Once you have paid thats it. they wont look at you and they dont respond to your queries or requests.
I have faced an issue with this company. These customer care executives are not responded to my emails and not fixed the issue by the technical team.due to that i lost the money
Drawbacks of this company:
1. No standard software used for this portal: you will face multiple issues before you start investing itself once you have invested they will tell you always that its a software issue and it will take few weeks to fix the issue.But they dont solve this issue.
because of their faulty software , i was unable to sell my mutual fund. i lost that money.
2. Customer care executives are careless about your issues /concerns. they will not respond to you and answer your calls.
3. Fraud Marketing agents:They have team of fraud marketing agents. they will call you and email you daily until you invest the money and tell you so many stories of their successful customers.If you need any advise or support once you are joined then they wont help you and respond to your queries.
4. worst investment plans: They suggest you the invest plans which only gives more benefit or commission to them but not to customer. they will suggest worst investment plans which doesnt gives you any profit and you will loose the total money finally. They will cheat you.

Can you tell me the difference between direct investment option and indirect investment options.
How can i invest money directly in MF companies instead of such third part agencies like Aditya Birla MyUniverse. It would be helpful to all to know the pros and cons of investing via direct investment options and third party agency investments.
Direct means you can invest without any broker in between. You can go with that options, if you have understand of everything . You can reach to AMC’s and do it directly or use MF Utility
You cant do it with Aditya Birla Myuniverse !

I would request the investors not to invest via this because the people who are working there they don’t know how the procedure works and the customer care is work.It is the third party and might be possible if you will not follow up they can digest your money .What I will suggest there are many other options to invest directly or through renewed company not this one

I am Rasmikanta. Dear viewers don’t invest in this organization, this is worst and cheated organization, I am giving rated -5 rank this company and their service. Due to their technical fault and miss guiding me by adviser Mr Nishant, I have lost 9000 rupees as a bounce return charge. Neither their customer service corporate with me nor refund my money to my account. I have huge lost. I have decided to withdraw all my investment even my insurance and savings form Adity birla. Already 4months gone but they are not able to solve my problem. Their technical team inefficient and worst, their app and web application not support ICICI bank ECS transaction, I had been facing ECS problem. My adviser Mr Nishant never respond my email of transaction failed. I am exploring to take legal action against this company. Guys don’t invest your heard earning money to such like this worst and cheated organization.

I am also facing the same issue.. these guys are not answering my calls, no replies to my queries.. What’s the process of withdrawing the a/c from ZIPSIP? Kindly advise.
same is here the issue of ECS return charges here. my bank deducted 11500/ for it..and the muniverse team is not having proper reply. i too am exploring for legal action against them. Please give suggestions, if any of you have.
Worst experience of customer handling at Aditya Birla Money MyUniverse ZIPSIP.
Before I made payment, I was being treated like king.
Once payment was made, Agent that has called me every hour before, is even not answering my call.
Customer care executives are out of this planet ( They dont understand what you say to them, talking to them is banging your head to wall).
I started with a SIP of RS 3000 and My funds are not still activated.
I would like to warn everyone here, think twice before investing your money in Aditya Birla Money MyUniverse ZIPSIP.
