A cheque in the name of karta can be deposited in HUF A/c?

I have created a HUF account. Now if I receive some cheque in karta’s name instead of huf name, can I deposit this cheque in HUF account?

Since Karta is working on some bussiness on behalf of HUF, but cheque issued is in name of karta. Will bank accept cheque in name of karta deposited in huf account?

    CAN KARTA DEPOSIT CHEQUES TO BANK HUF ACCOUNT WITHOUT MENTIONING THE HUF?

    Dear Neeraj, as the Karta is doing business on behalf of HUF, the cheque should be in the name of HUF itself.
