If someone purchases SBI Rinn Raksha policy, is it required to show previous policies into it as Rinn Raksha policy is also related to life?

If yes, since this is part of group policy and individual has no section in it, then how to do it? Has anyone done this? Now, next scenario, if after this policy someone purchases a term insurance should rinn raksha policy be shown into it?
