SBI bank refused to open saving account for me – Where can I complain ?

hi sir 1st sorry for my bad English. i have 1 small question. i want to open saving account in SBI. but they refused to open my account n not give a new account opening Form. i went to branch manger with this issue she also told me go and come on months (last time December’s this time January’s) 1st week i went 4-5 times at branch but the not responding properly. i have all genuine proof like passport, PAN, voter ID, Adhar, ration card, i am average boy with average income 10 k. can i wait till jan 1st week or complaint to Banking Ombudsman. or SBI have some online complain portal..

    Dear Nadeem, why the branch staff is not co-operating? Are they refusing to open bank account to all new customers or you alone? Try to check the basis of thing before moving ahead. Is workload an issue?
