Hi,
I have applied for a home loan of 2500000 from HDFC. However my cibil record shows as NH. I have taken loans in the past almost 4-5 years ago, I did default some of the payments and one with one credit card, I had to go for settlement. All this was almost 3 years ago. Now I have not taken any fresh loans in the past 5 years. Now I am worried whether the bank will process my Home loan or not. Please advise.
