Regarding amount transfer in my account

we have done additional purchase 3000.00 rupees through online for my folio . but due to low amount as per ICICI PRUDENTIAL AMC norms my amount rejected and unit not allotted. After this we call 8 to 9 times to customer care and register my complain to refund my rejected amount in my account,but no satisfactory answer given by customer care from date 08.05.12 to22.05.12. They always send auto generated mail (your amount will be revert shortly ) But amount not deposited in my account till now.I have already send my bank account statement for proof. Then what can do now.
