Preventive health check-up and Section 80D

According to the Finance Bill, 2012 – Preventive health check-up cost up-to 5000/- is eligible for Section 80D (Within 15000/- limit).

Can we submit those (Preventive health check-up) bills for medical reimbursement purpose and avail tax benefit?

[EDIT] A bit clarification to my question –

5000/- is eligible for Section 80D – that’s pretty straight.

Generally employers provide medical reimbursement of 15K, which is exempted of tax. For that we need to provide medical bills. Can we provide these Preventive health check-up bills to claim this benefit? A scenario –

Section 80D benefit – 15K, Medical reimbursement – 15K

A – Person takes health insurance – 11K
B – Person goes through Preventive health checkup 1 – 4K
C – Person goes through Preventive health checkup 2 – 4K
D – Person has Medicine and Hospital bills for 10K

Now, can he produce –
For section 80D – A+B and for
Med Reimb – C+D ?
