I usually see for reviews in mouthshut.com.
Suppose, if a problem is posted on ‘XXX’ bank, a team from the ‘XXX’ bank will resolve the problem in a quick way.
I see the same thing happening in jagoinvestor blog which is really good. 🙂
When I see the below post in the blog, there was a comment from Kotak Support Team assuring the resolution of the problem.
