Loans/monthly – 16k personal loan, CC payments 5k, other expenses 4k.
Family – Mother n Father, Father will retire 2015 no dependency on me, mrg hpn next yr
Package – 9.4lac pa
Monthly Take Home – 55k
Ready to Invest – 55 – (16+5+4+ …) = 25 – 30k
Risk Type: Moderate, High – 40 -50% amount i can go for high risk.
Existing Plans – LIC Jeevan Saral – 24k, Met Lift Smart – 30k per anum. No savings so far.
Goals –
- Planing to buy a house
- Children Education Fund
- Emergency/Health care Fund
These are my primary needs/goals in mind …
