I have taken a personal loan from ICICI bank for five lakhs. Preempting a pre-closure, I managed to get an email confirmation from ICICI Bank Manager agreeing that there will not be any charges. Now when I approach the bank, they are reluctant to close the loan. Could you please advise on the next best steps to take? Thanks for your advice and time.
