Me and my father both maintained PPF Accounts in SBI branch. He died recently and I am not able to locate these passbooks at my home.
I tried to visit SBI branch to get duplicate passbook for me and they asked me one FIR copy and 1 Rs treasury bill. I saw another thread where similar issue is reported about savings passbook. Do we need to get FIR Copy & 1 Rs treasury bill? What are my rights in this case?
