Health Insurance plans for parents – Religare Care or National Insurance

I am looking for health insurance for my parents, aged 64yrs. and 56 yrs. My father has problems like hypertension, prostate enlargement, would need knee replacement in few years(recommended by doctor), reflux acidity. My mother has thyroid and anthritis.

I am looking for a cover of minimum 5 lacs for each, or should I go for some super top-ups? I have a company insurance of 3 lacs(floater).

Should I go for individual plans or floater? I have come across Religare Care plan which seems good. Should I go for 5 lacs individual plan for both?

I also looked at National Insurance which is offering 10 lacs floater at around 40k premium. Is that good to go with?
