I applied for credit report but i got a message saying:
Dear Customer,We regret to inform you that your authentication was not successful.We request you to upload here your KYC compliant Identity and Address proof along with the attached Online Payment Confirmation form. You can alternatively mail these documents to us to the address mentioned below.We will process your request in 7 business days from the date of receipt of your request, subject to complete documentation.
