Cibil report authentication was not successful

I applied for credit report but i got a message saying:

 

Dear Customer,We regret to inform you that your authentication was not successful.We request you to upload here your KYC compliant Identity and Address proof along with the attached Online Payment Confirmation form. You can alternatively mail these documents to us to the address mentioned below.We will process your request in 7 business days from the date of receipt of your request, subject to complete documentation. Once you receive your CIBIL report, you will get a 2-month free access to CIBIL Market Place where you can avail offers basis your eligibility.For any queries on the status of your request, you can write to us with your Transaction ID at info@cibil.com after 7 business days.Best Regards,CIBIL- Consumer Relations

 

Could you please let me know what does this means?

    Dear Prasad,

    The authentication could be unsuccessful in case you fail to answer any question asked in the online process correctly. There is nothing to worry about. As instructed, you will have to upload the said documents online or mail it to them on their address to receive your credit report.
