Hi, I have a realty loan in SBI for 25 lakhs to purchase a plot. The house is not constructed yet in that site. The loan is 20 months old.
The value of land is 75 lakhs and i have income of 1 lakh net…I need to make use of present higher market value and my repayment capacity. Tried for SBI Equity loan but i was told I can apply only after 12 months of a housing loan not a realty loan.
Please suggest me option to get loan topup/new loan. This is to consolidate all my loans.
