Hi All,
I have taken the home loan at the rate of interest 10.75%(over 1 year). Now i am doing interior for my home and i need around 2 lacks for that.
Please clarify
1. Is there any option so i can get extra money on my home loan(top up) from the same bank.
2. Whether i go for personal loan and try to close the loan as much as possible(by paying partial pre payment).
3. Is there any better alternative ways?
