ONHi,
I want to know what is the difference between getting possession and getting our property registered.
Is it possible to clear all dues of builder and get possession certificate but not going for registeration? or we will have to compulsory go for registration even before possession?
Please clarify my doubts.

Dear Yogesh, registration means, your ownership for the house is registered with Govt. Possession means, now you can use the property.
Sooner or later you w’d have to register compulsorrily. So better do it now.
