Dear Milind, yes for calcuation purpose, the 5K amount parked by you ‘ll bring down your loan amount and thus your interest amount ‘ll also come down.
Thanks

My pre emi will start on 10/11/2013 and will be around rs 3500/- @ 10.05 pa.
My question is that can i start parking monthy rs 5000/- in Maxgain , will it be considered as principal payment towards rs. 410631/- disbursted on 22/10/2013.

Dear Milind,
Yes, you should bring the data error to the notice of SBI officials since all these data will be reported to the credit bureau. The erroneous would then reflect on your credit report and score and it is always advisable to have a credit report that reflects facts of your credit history.

dear credexpert
i have discuss issue with RACPC , as per their opinion, it is product code and nothing relates with your month of sanctioning your maxgain loan. Kindly advice me what to do.

Dear Milind,
If it is the product code used by the bank then, we do not think there is any cause for worry as far as your credit report is concerned.
